Terms & Conditions For APPLEEST

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Appleest Website.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Appleest’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Reference to “us”, “we” and “our” refer to Appleest and references to “you” and “your” are references to you, the person addressed on this form.

1. Please verify if all the items including accessories of the machine that is handed over the Appleest, are listed in the receipt.
2. We at Appleest in our service giving you the estimated time and cost before servicing your device. We always try to deliver your device according to given estimated time but, in such uncertain conditions there are possibilities of delay and that would be informed you before such conditions.
3. We will check your device and based on that we will give you quotation for your device repair. After giving the quotation if you are ready to repair the device means you are liable to pay the bill amount which will be given at the time of delivery of repaired device. If you are not paying the given bill amount then it will lead to non-delivery of your device & in that situation Appleest will take appropriate actions for it.
4. The client will need to check the repair before leaving the premises to establish the repairs been completed to the client satisfaction.
5. We are offer a warranty on parts & labour which excludes any further damage, Burn, liquid damage repairs or re-flows of laptops gaming consoles & or phones.
6. We are not responsible for plastic parts that break during laptop disassembly.
7. We are only providing warranty on repaired parts during the repair process. Ex. If we repaired your display and after 5 days your display stops working then you can claim the warranty. But you repaired your display and then your phone’s speaker is not working then it will not cover under repair warranty. In short, we are providing warranty on repaired parts.
8. The cost of repair will be calculated where possible in accordance with our standard charges as published from time to time.
9. There will be No warranty for any type of software problems after repair.
10. No warranty is available if there is a lining or Green/White Display problem after changing the display.
11.If your device is physically damaged after being repaired, you will not be able to claim warranty on any parts.
12. You are solely responsible for backing up any data on Your Device and deleting, encrypting or otherwise protecting your data from unauthorized use. Appleest will not back up or restore your data, and is not responsible for any data that is lost or corrupted. Appleest will not treat data on Your Device as confidential and disclaims any agreement with you or other obligation to do so.
13. We shall notify you when the Equipment has been repaired and is available for collection. If you do not collect the Equipment within a reasonable period, we may dispose of the Equipment. Any sum obtained on disposal will be used to meet any unpaid estimate or repair charges you are liable to pay and any remaining balance will be sent to you or will remain payable by you accordingly.
14. If we are unable to repair your Equipment, no fault is found on your Equipment or you do not accept our estimate, we will return your Equipment to you unrepaired, and we reserve the right to charge you an inspection fee of rupees 1500 (Fifteen Hundred) For Apple M1 To Upper Model (MacBook/iMac/iPad), 500 (Five Hundred) for Other Apple Devices, 300 (Three Hundred) For Laptop & Desktop, 250 (Two Hundred Fifty) for Smartphones & Others. If the customer refuses to take the service after the initial inspection, the inspection service charge will be levied.
15. If your device is Water Damaged, Burned or Broken, disassembling the device may cause other problems or the device may become Dead. Appleest will not be responsible for this.
16.Device with Logic board issue carry dead risk, and your device might get dead while repairing.
17. If device is not working Or Dead, we can not check other peripherals (Ex: Hard drive, Keyboard, DVD, Battery, Wi-Fi, Screen, Touch pad, Speaker etc or any other devices) So for this no claim will be entertained without charges.
18. In case if the device have a broken glass then in maximum scenario what happen broken glass particles already gone inside the device which might LED to IC Damage as a result some part may work for sometime but eventually it will not work in end.
19. Given cost estimation might change as the repair job progress.
20. Inspection charge & Advance payment are Non-refundable.
